Phnom Penh Crown FC, is a football (soccer) club from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Formerly the team was called Samart United, Hello United, Phnom Penh United and Phnom Penh Empire before taking their current name, Phnom Penh Crown FC in 2009. Their current head coach is Croatian-born Bojan Hodak who has spent the last fourteen years playing and coaching in Asia, more particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. A no-nonsense central defender, he also played for six seasons in the Croatian 1st and 2nd Divisions. After coaching success with Malaysian club side My Team, Hodak worked for the Asian Football Confederation as an analyst for three years before joining Phnom Penh Crown FC in November 2010.
